Kathy Felter was a joy to work with. Her years of experience was a tremendous help to me and my wife as first time home buyers. She is very professional and caring. Even with how crazy and competitive the housing market has been she never gave up on us and kept fighting to help us find a home. We will definitely be going back to her help in the future whenever we sell or buy another home.

Kathy went above and beyond in her service. I was a realtor for over 20yrs so I know good from bad. My 98 yr old father had taken a really bad fall outside and I flew in to take care of him. She helped me set up estate sale with a great Company....took care of all repairs with equally good referrals. Followed through on EVERYTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! When we sell his rental it will be Kathy I call. You should too!!!!!!!!!!! You will not be disappointed. She treated this 100,000. Dollar sale like it was a million dollar property. Thank you Kathy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It gave me the time to deal with dad under a very stressful situation. Tonda Ferrando

Kathy is/was amazing. She helped us find a home during the insanity of home sales in 2021. Not only that. She helped us virtually. We were stuck in Texas trying to get life together for a move and she held our virtual hand the entire time. She was our eyes, ears, and nose when walking us through the houses via FaceTime. We found the perfect house and she helped us secure it. I would absolutely & unequivocally recommend Kathy for all your real estate needs.

Kathy was the best realtor I could have ever asked for. She made everything so seamless and worked around our hectic schedules. She went above and beyond with every part of buying and selling. We will most definitely continue using her when we need to start the process again. Highly recommend if you are using a VA loan because she had great connections and was super helpful.

Kathy helped us when we bought our home 4 years ago, and again, when we sold it this year. We were in excellent hands on both occasions and would not hesitate to recommend her as a true professional. She knows the Wichita area inside and out. No need to look any further. Kathy is THE one! We found her very accommodating with our needs as a military family. She also went out of her way to ensure everyone’s safety during COVID. Thank you, Kathy!

Kathy really went above and beyond! Knowledgable, responsive, and made great recommendations. She had specific knowledge of the neighborhood, was easy to get a hold of, and went the extra mile when it came to scheduling and appointments at the house. She responded to our initial contact within minutes and was at the house the same day.
